Sarah Girouard, CPA, is the Co-owner of Girouard and Davis Chartered Professional Accountants Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University and a Business Administration diploma from Red River College.
With over ten years of public practice experience, Sarah has built a reputation for her strong technical expertise and leadership. Previously a partner at a local accounting firm Sarah is known for her dedication, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality service. She prides herself on building genuine relationships with clients and helping them navigate complex financial and regulatory environments with confidence and clarity.
Amy-Lynn Davis
Co-Founder
Amy-Lynn Davis, CPA, is the Co-Owner of Girouard and Davis Chartered Professional Accountants Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and a Business Administration diploma from Red River College.
With extensive experience across public practice—including time at both a global and a local accounting firm—as well as industry experience as a controller, Amy-Lynn brings a broad and practical perspective to every client relationship. Amy-Lynn is known for her approachable style, commitment to quality, and passion for empowering clients through clarity and communication.
